- The purpose of this RFQ is to select suitable supplier for the procurement of “FEASIBILITY OF INTEGRATING HIV SUBACCOUNTS IN THE NATIONAL HEALTH ACCOUNTS OF, AND IMPLEMENTING REGULAR NATIONAL AIDS SPENDING ASSESSMENTS IN THE ISLAMIC REPUBLIC OF IRAN.” Duration : 65 working days during interval from 15 April 2023 and 15 Oct 2023Reporting requirements- Inception report, to include a review of formative documents, the data architecture of NASA and NHA (current and revised to include the requisite elements of the HIV subaccount), the analytical framework and list of key informants to be interviewed. This inception report will benefit from quality assurance review by expenditure tracking experts and will address comments raised by these experts.- Interim report, to include an analysis of enablers and barriers to conduct NASA, or HIV subaccount, or resource mapping exercise, and options to harness identified enablers and address identified barriers, with a view to facilitate implementation of NASA, or HIV subaccount, or resource mapping exercise.
