• Tenders are invited for Technical Services Agreement for the Persian Gulf Region The type and amount of the company's guarantee in the job referral process : the amount of 12,951,849,633 Rials (twelve billion, nine hundred and fifty one million, eight hundred and forty nine thousand, six hundred and thirty three Rials) as one or a combination of the guarantees listed in Paragraphs A, B, P, C, C, H, K, Article 4 of the Government Transactions Guarantee Regulation No. 123402/50659 dated 9/22/1394 are of the Honorable Board of Ministers. The cash guarantee should be deposited to Shaba IR number 320100004101046871202043 of the Central Bank in the name of Iranian Oil Pipelines and Communications Company, Persian Gulf Region - Satandargan, Persian Gulf Region. At the same time, the guarantee or the original cash deposit receipt must be uploaded in the system. · It is mandatory to include the economic code and national ID for legal entities in the price proposal listed in the headquarters system. · It is mandatory to have and upload a valid qualification certificate from the Ministry of Cooperation, Labor and Social Welfare in the fields of building maintenance and facilities. · It is mandatory to have and upload a valid security clearance certificate from the Ministry of Cooperation, Labor and Social Welfare or a temporary certificate from the relevant authorities in the headquarters system. · Pursuant to the by-laws for increasing the executive guarantee under No. 26510/T39039 K dated 02/09/2018, it is mandatory to submit audited financial statements by the auditing organization or auditing companies that are members of the country's official accountants society. Time and place of opening of envelopes: proposals received at 09:00 on 14/11/1402 at the place of the tenders commission at the address: Sepahbad Qarani St., Tehran, not reached to Sepand St., plate 188, 8th floor, through the government's electronic procurement system (headquarters) ) will be opened and read.
